If you are looking to expand the existing wireless coverage of your Apple AirPort base station, or wireless router, MacWireless Dual Antenna booster is the most powerful options available. The powered amplifiers boost 802.11b/g/n signals to their limits, increasing your wireless network's range and performance.

By connecting two antenna connections of your wireless device and connecting the other end to your antennas (sold separately), you can boost each of the two signals to 500 milliWatt, which is 5 times the power of an 11n Apple AirPort base station. This means much greater wireless ranges can be achieved.
