What a joy to work with a true Customer Service professional. On 06/15 I called David looking to connect my wife’s MacMini to my wireless net (scary, huh?). I was looking at a USB stick, he professionally offered some thoughts, recommended an Ethernet Adapter, asked some questions, offered some information on antennas and boosters. I ordered, for some reason my damned credit card didn’t work, and he took another. He was excellent. Said all the right things, was helpful, sympathetic, offered some up sells, and overall was just a joy. All this for some schmuck only spending $10 or so. I hope I get a million chances to recommend MacWireless.

You guys have the best customer service on the net! A couple months ago I placed an order, then sent an e-mail asking if I could change it. You processed the change and got the order out the same day. Recently you combined two orders placed the same day and saved me a shipping charge. I didn't even need to ask. Everything I have ordered from you (wireless booster, Powerbook whip antenna, G5 antenna extender) comes with clear installation instructions, and works as promised once it's installed. I found out about Macwireless in searching for wireless solutions for
my Powerbook G4. Since Mac has quit producing Airport you guys are
about the only ones out there making hardware solutions to get older
Macs wireless. I tried a couple of USB adapters with third party
drivers to no avail. Word is you guys have the only solid solution
out there other than finding an original Airport, which you guys have
new Airport cards, too.

I received the Airport card and adapter that I ordered today. Yeah! I installed it with no problems. Plugged the 11g PCI card rev B into my aging B&W and it worked with AirPort Express almost immediately. Allows my wife to surf and print from another room with usual speeds. The signal is strong when set to interference robustness. Thanks for a product that works!

I've got to say that the most useful widget I have on my powerbook is your Airport Radar widget. I'm a freelancer working at many sites and from home and continually have the need to connect to my clients networks. This often needs to be done without the need for them to feed a new network cable. Apples own Airport menu bar is slow at finding networks. Your widget is so fast and gives most of the info I need to find and connect to their systems. Many thanks

I found out about MacWireless when I called Apple to find out about a product they no longer sell directly. A customer support representative recommended I try MacWireless to find the wireless internet card I needed for my Powerbook G3. The MacWireless website was helpful and easier to use than ebay or any of the other third party online sellers I shopped. MacWireless made it easy for me to figure out exactly what product I needed. I will use MacWireless again for my future wireless computing needs.
